The Wyler Collection Story

With almost 50 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jeff Wyler is a true car enthusiast, and collecting some of the classic vehicles that have made American motoring great was a natural match for both him, and his son David. Each of the cars in the collection has a connection or special meaning in Jeff and David's past.

The 1937 Lasalle Touring sedan in the Wyler Collection brings back memories to Jeff of standing up in the front seat as a young boy so that he could see over the dash.

The 1939 Chevrolet Master 85 represents the first car that Jeff Wyler drove while he was in high school.

In the early 1950s, Jeff moved with his family from Bellefontaine, Ohio to Phoenix, Arizona in a 1951 Chevrolet Deluxe Bel Air Hardtop - now that was a roadtrip!

Jeff was a Superman fan growing up, and he remembered Lois Lane driving a Nash - and you will find a 1950 Nash Rambler Airflyte convertible in the collection.

David Wyler was born in 1972, and 2 classic cars from 1972 are featured in the collection, to include a 1972 GMC Sierra Grande Truck and a 1972 Corvette LT-1 Stingray.

As a young man, David loved The Dukes of Hazzard and the movie Smokey and the Bandit, which are featured in the collection with a replica of The General Lee, as well as a 1979 "Bandit" Pontiac Trans Am, with its original window sticker.

Jeff's connection to Cincinnati is shown in the very unique 1947 Crosley Round Side pickup truck in the collection. Crosley cars were created by Cincinnati industrialist Powel Crosley, Jr., who was the owner of Crosley Broadcasting Corporation and the Cincinnati Reds baseball team many years ago. Many of our Cincinnati natives have a special feeling for the unique Crosley car.

NASCAR fans can see the Toyota Race Truck that won the 2007 Daytona NASCAR Craftsman Series, as well as several trophies and awards. There is also a large collection of NASCAR memorabilia inside the fa├žade of our original dealership in the museum.

Whether you like the old classics, powerful muscle cars, or the cars made famous on TV and in the movies, the Wyler Collection has something that appeals to everyone.
